A WOMAN who repeatedly used the 999 emergency service in non-emergency situations has been made subject to a criminal antisocial behaviour order.
Blackburn magistrates also sentenced Pauline Louise Green, 54, to six weeks in prison, suspended for 12 months, after admitting calling police in breach of an antisocial behaviour order which has now expired.

Green, of no fixed address, was made subject to the CRIMBO for two years, prohibiting her from contacting emergency services unless in a genuine emergency.
Catherine Allan, prosecuting, said there had been numerous breaches of an ASBO which had been imposed in 2012. Gareth Price, defending, said there were issues with alcohol.
